USAGE & PLANS
Can I run a business using the personal plan?
No. Personal plans are intended for individuals and professionals. Freelancers, business owners, and entrepreneurs will need our Business Plan (coming soon, in shā’ Allāh). For now, all UK, US, France, and Germany phone numbers are available for £12 per month. Additional EU countries will be added every month, making it easier to expand your service as we grow.
Where can I use the service from?
Anywhere in the world with an internet connection. You can use Wāṣil to get a phone number starting at £12 per month, wherever you live. More EU countries will be available soon—new countries are added every month, in shā’ Allāh. Perfect for Muslims living in Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Egypt, Qatar, UAE, and around the world.

What is Wāṣil?
We are a halal VoIP service offering true unlimited calls and texts online, tailored for Muslims making hijrah, students of knowledge, and remote workers needing secure, global connection.
Is your service really unlimited?
Yes, truly unlimited. No throttling, no caps, no hidden fair use. When we say unlimited, we mean it—with trust and transparency.
Do I need a SIM card or can I use it over WiFi?
Our app works over WiFi or mobile data on multiple devices. No SIM card required, perfect for those in countries where Western SIMs are limited or expensive.
HALAL COMPLIANCE
Is your service Shariah-compliant?
100%. Our business model is halal, with no riba, no haram content, and every policy is designed with taqwa and respect for Islamic values.
Will there be music or haram content in ringtones or hold music?
Never. Our hold tones are either silent or feature Arabic poetry without instruments. We avoid all musical content and anything against Islamic ethics.
What if someone uses your service for haram activities or spam?
Those using our platform for spam, harassment, or haram activity will be removed. We trust our users to act with fear of Allah and use Wāṣil responsibly.
PLANS, BILLING & REFUNDS
Do you have contracts or hidden fees?
No contracts, no hidden fees. Cancel anytime and receive a fair, transparent refund based on actual usage.
What if I paid for a yearly plan and cancel early?
You’ll get a refund for all unused paid months at the equivalent monthly rate (£10). Example: Cancel after 4 months → 8 x £12 = £96 refund.
What happens if my payment fails? What if I cancel mid-month?
There is a 3-day grace period to update payment. No late fees if unpaid. If you cancel mid-month, you receive a pro-rated refund for unused days.
DATA & PRIVACY
How do you protect my personal data?
Your data is on a privately hosted, encrypted server, not shared with AI systems or stored on big cloud platforms. We treat data as an amānah and never share unless legally required.
Do you share my data with authorities?
Only if absolutely necessary for legal compliance and operations, and only the minimum information required is provided.
EXPANSION PLANS
Are you planning to expand the service?
A: Yes, in shā’ Allāh. EU numbers, data eSIM support, and a Business Plan are coming soon. All future features will stay halal and privacy-focused.
HALAL CERTIFICATION
Are you halal-certified?
We’re not presently certified by a halal authority, but our platform is built on Islamic principles—no music, no haram, no riba, no unethical contracts. Certification may come in the future, in shā’ Allāh.

Who started this service?
A Muslim brother from the UK, who while travelling to study the dīn, needed a fair, secure, and halal service. Wāṣil was built from that sincere need—to benefit the Ummah with trust, privacy, and transparency.
