Privacy Policy
Wāsil (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides privacy-first communications services including phone numbers, voice and video calls, and messaging. We take your privacy seriously and collect only what we must to deliver the service securely and lawfully.
1. Information We Collect: We collect only the minimum data required (account info, verification docs, connection logs, technical data). Verification docs are kept encrypted then deleted after use. We do not read, record, or share the content of your calls, messages, or files. We never sell or share info for profit.
2. Use & Rights: Data is used only to verify your identity when needed, process payments, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. You can request, correct, or delete your data or close your account anytime. Contact support@wasil.tech. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, accessible only to essential staff.
Terms of Service
By registering with Wāṣil, you agree to these Terms. The service provides digital communications for personal, lawful use only. Personal plans can’t be used for business, freelance, or call centers. Multiple numbers are permitted for personal use (no inter-country calls). Calls within a region between Wāṣil users are included.
Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly. Refunds are prorated for yearly plans. If a payment fails, your service pauses without penalty. All calls and messages are encrypted. Wāṣil cannot access your content, and cannot recover anything you delete.
Don’t abuse, spam, break the law, reverse-engineer, or use for telemarketing; violating these will lead to termination without notice.
